- First RTO Manager for the Australian Army. Analysed the need, designed the system and implemented the competency-based training system
- Convergance of paper-based text books to a blended system using eLearning at FINSIA
- Nationalising eight separate RTOs into one RTO for Chubb Australia. This including amalgamating six separate State/Territory based Teams and rationalising the learning materials into one curriculum
- Developing and implementing the SABA LMS for Schering-Plough APAC and producing the first online learning materials
- Gaining NSW Police SLED Accreditation for the SNP Security RTO in order to design, deliver and assessment Security industry qualifications. A primary member of the Office of Transport Security’s Group for developing training and assessment standrads and outcomes
- Faculty Medal winner at University of New England for the Bachelor of Education degree
- Twice Army Commendation recipient
